So I've been getting emails and messages from friends and clients who are discontented with the numbers on the scale? They are losing inches from all over their bodies but the scales have refused to budge or even increased, sigh!!!
My advice is to "remove the scales from your eyes" literarily and begin to appreciate your weight loss/ fitness journey more. The benefits of a fit lifestyle outweigh the numbers on the scale.
Once you focus on eating clean and exercising more, the rest is easy, weight loss is only one of the many benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Change your focus and be happy. A Nu lifestyle sure rocks!!! Pow!!! Love you!!!
