Let's Dance!!!

Remove the scales from your eyes!!!

 Hello dear friends, hoping to blog more frequently but life has just become so busy and so will try to catch up at least once each month, deal? Hahaha!!! How have you been? 

So I've been getting emails and messages from friends and clients who are discontented with the numbers on the scale? They are losing inches from all over their bodies but the scales have refused to budge or even increased, sigh!!!

My advice is to "remove the scales from your eyes" literarily and begin to appreciate your weight loss/ fitness journey more. The benefits of a fit lifestyle outweigh the numbers on the scale. 

Once you focus on eating clean and exercising more, the rest is easy, weight loss is only one of the many benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Change your focus and be happy. A Nu lifestyle sure rocks!!! Pow!!! Love you!!!
