Holiday Binge!!!

Hello guys!!! I'm sure some of you are still recovering from the sugar high from too many Halloween sweets, hahaha!!! 

Soon, Christmas holidays, then we have Valentine and then Easter and then Summer and birthday parties!!! Celebrations will always be around but our reaction to food during these periods needs to change for the better.

Once we understand that our nutrition is part of our lifestyle, then we don't have to keep binging during every holiday because we eliminated certain food groups, moderation is always better than elimination!!!

tomato, gherkin, gree bell pepper and stewed chicken.
