Comfortable Risk!!!

It is crucial that we find a balance between comfort and risk in our lives, especially in the area of exercise and nutrition!!!

Too much or too little can be counter productive, because too little is demotivational and will most likely not produce positive results. Too much on the other hand can result in a burn out or injury in terms of exercise!!!

It is always a great idea to find your point of comfortable risk for sustainability and positive results and this can be achieved through trial and error over time!!! You have come too far to stop now, keep pushing!!! Love you!!!
